Surgery Evaluations
Comprehensive preoperative evaluations to help patients prepare for surgery. Receive the careful examination you deserve. Get the truth and the clearance you need.
Before surgery, have BMP evaluate you to ensure a risk-free and successful procedure.
The purpose of a preoperative surgery evaluation is not to “clear” patients for elective surgery, but rather to evaluate and, if necessary, implement measures to prepare higher risk patients for surgery. A preoperative surgery evaluation may minimize the length of a hospital stay as well as help to decrease postponed or canceled surgeries.
Our Physicians understand the risk associated with different types of surgeries planned and can relate this risk to the patient’s existing acute and chronic medical problems. BMP’s preoperative comprehensive surgery evaluations include recommendations for treatment, including a variety of specialized therapies that can minimize perioperative risks.
