The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) recommends screening for Colorectal Cancer beginning at age 50 years and continuing until age 75 years. Consult with a board-certified Gastroenterologist right in our office to find out if you are eligible for a colonoscopy. Colonoscopy

A Colonoscopy is an exam used to detect changes or abnormalities in the large intestine (colon) and rectum. During a Colonoscopy, a long, flexible tube (colonoscope) is inserted into the rectum. A tiny video camera at the tip of the tube allows the doctor to view the inside of the entire colon. If necessary, polyps or other types of abnormal tissue can be removed through the scope during a Colonoscopy. This study is performed in a brand new, state-of-the-art neighboring facility

Endoscopy

Upper Endoscopy, also known as EGD, is a procedure in which a thin scope with a light and camera at its tip is used to look inside the upper digestive tract — the esophagus, stomach, and first part of the small intestine called the duodenum. The procedure is commonly used to help identify the causes of abdominal or chest pain, nausea, and vomiting, heartburn, bleeding and swallowing problems. This study is performed in a brand new, state-of-the-art neighboring facility.
